The Village of Trumansburg, with its proximity to Ithaca, the Finger Lakes Wine Trail and abundant farm communities, felt like the ideal location to highlight their culinary skills and create a casually elegant dining experience.  With degrees from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, NY, Jonah and Christina have had the opportunity to work in numerous highly regarded restaurants throughout the country.  From their experiences they have extracted the fundamentals from which hazelnut kitchen is based: the ingredients are of the utmost importance and friendly, informed service is crucial.
